MAC SASSER: Our firm looks at every case as if that case is going to go
to a verdict. That is, we're going to take it to trial and we're
going to go all the way through the process.

MAC SASSER: You don't want to take a case because you're thinking the
case is going to resolve early in the process or settle. That's
just the wrong attitude. People can sense that on the other side.
They-you've got to take a case that you're going-you're going to be
willing to take all the way.
We come from a background of service and professionalism. We're
interested in serving the people that we actually represent in
practicing our profession at a very high level.
Our clients come to us principally on a referral from other law
firms and other professionals in the community and from our own
clients. Those referrals are the very, the very best referrals that
we can get because those people are familiar with our work, with our
standard of work and the success that we've achieved.
Being a lawyer, practicing law means working for people, caring for
people that are-have real lives, real problems, the things that we
can fix through our training and education. Over 20 years of doing
this, we've learned how to practice law in a way that helps these
folks bring resolution to a horrific problem.
